GET IN TOUCH
You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.
Just tell us a little about what’s going on and we’ll help guide your next steps.
What to Expect When You Contact Us
When you submit the contact form below, your message will first be reviewed by my practice coordinator, Whittney Carlton.
Whittney helps guide the initial intake process and will reach out to you to gather a bit more information about what you’re looking for, review fees and insurance details, and discuss scheduling options.
This process helps to ensure that we’re a good fit and that you receive the most appropriate care.
After this initial conversation, one of three things may happen:
You may be scheduled for an initial consultation or psychiatric intake appointment
You may receive additional information about the practice and next steps
In rare cases, if it appears that your needs would be better served elsewhere, we may provide referrals to other providers or resources
Our goal is to help you find the right care — whether that is with Rising Song Behavioral Health or elsewhere.
